PRICING and TERMS & CONDITIONS

Prices

Consultation prices are:

£30.00 per hour (or part thereof) for the first hour.

£15.00 per half-hour (or part thereof) thereafter.

£200 for full day (8hrs) - Agreed In Advance.

Free call-out within the Sandy (SG19) area.

Prices quoted do not include the cost of any additional components that may have to be purchased.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

It is the responsibility of the user to ensure they have adequate backups of their software and data.Please backup all important software and data as PC Techie can not be held responsible for any loss of work or data on any computer system worked on. Where data is lost we will restore all data from your backups.

Trademarks

Publications, Products, Contents or services referenced herin or on the site are the exclusive trademarks or service marks of PC Techie. Other products and services mentioned within the site may be the trademarks of their respective owners.

Payment

Payment will be due on a cash with order basis unless otherwise agreed in writing. The customer should allow 3 business days for a personal cheque and 5 business days for a business cheque for the payment to be cleared into PC Techie's account.

PC Techie reserves the right not to release any products or services until such time as payment has cleared into PC Techie's bank account.

If payment is not received by the due date, PC Techie may at it's discretion
(a) Charge the customer interest on any overdue account (on a daily basis) from the due date of payment to the actual date of payment at a rate of four (4) percent per annum above the Natwest Bank base rate for the time in force.
(b) Take legal action for the recovery of any amount due and interest thereon above together with all solicitors and legal costs. 5.3 All payments by the customer to PC Techie must be made in pounds (£) sterling in immediatley available funds.

Where payment is to be made by Cheque, it should be made payable to "PC Techie"
